I was reading Joseph Campbell’s Transformation of Myth Through Time when this video evolved. It begins as my own version of the creation myth with heaven and earth parting and progresses through time to the settlement of man and his modes of transportation. Man’s desire for movement and exploration reshapes the Earth as he builds roads and houses. Meanwhile, the computerized voice of logic softly reads an explanation of the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, which suggests the Earth’s eventual disintegration.
